“When we first decided to build a new house, we were a bit overwhelmed at all the choices we would need to make, such as lighting, flooring, plumbing, etc. The options seemed endless. How fortunate we were to have Nancy guiding us through this design process!

Nancy’s preparation prior to each meeting helped streamline the process and choices we would be making. She did her homework in familiarizing herself with our floorplan ahead of each meeting, and what we would need to be selecting. She offered suggestions, but also carefully listened to our concerns and desires, offering various options and always allowing us to make the final decisions. She was also very honest in giving her opinions if she thought something would not quite work in our home. However, she was not insistent with her opinions, but helped carefully guide us through the entire process.

Nancy also made herself available to us outside of our meetings with her. Toward the end of the building process, we decided an exterior color was not to our liking, and we called upon Nancy to help us change what we originally had selected. With her help, we made a final selection with which we were happy.

Overall, Nancy’s keen insight for interior decorating, and her friendly and professional demeanor, were an enormous help in what otherwise would have been an extremely overwhelming and daunting process. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were to be able to work with Nancy!”
